ISG are a dynamic construction-services company, delivering places that help people and businesses thrive. Operating across four global hubs – Europe, Middle East, Asia and the US – they specialise in fit-outs, technology, construction and development.

ISG were founded in 1989. Three decades later under Chief Executive Officer Paul Cossell, around 2,800 specialists deliver not just buildings but strong customer relationships built on mutual trust, collaboration, and open communication.

They operate across 24 countries and five sectors: offices; technology, science and health; retail; hospitality and leisure; and education and the public sector.

ISG are a fun, driven and dynamic company. A comprehensive and supportive benefits programme, ‘More for You’, recognises and rewards talent and development, and encourages a healthy work-life balance.

The business celebrates its employees, with performance reviews and ‘Value Awards’. The top four employees for each value receive awards, with one overall winner attending the Global Value Awards gala dinner.
