ISIS’ people typically develop within the business for a long period, often in excess of ten years. ISIS aims to help them develop through on the job training, external skills courses (e.g. BVCA training), professional qualifications (MBAs, CIMA) and broadening courses. On the latter, ISIS regularly works with the Leadership Trust and also operates a global academy with a group of partner firms from China, India, Poland, the Nordics, Germany, Brazil and Turkey. The global academy is managed by Harvard Business School and has recently taken place in Shanghai and Berlin.
