About itison

itison is Scotland's leading online deals and events service, aiming to give their members amazing experiences at incredible restaurants, hotels, spas and events around the country.

Working from five offices, their ultimate aim is to excite their millions of members and put a smile on their faces every day.

The company’s mission, vision and values run through everything they do, from the team recruitment and onboarding process, to the way they deal with each other and the businesses they work with, and the way they interact with their members.

They have 13 core values - just some of them include: unique and best; we’re innovators; we don’t hold back talent due to inexperience or age; we take risks; and we’re social.

The company is led by founder and Managing Director Oli Norman, who is described as a fun, energetic and motivational leader who inspires the whole team to approach their jobs with pride and enthusiasm.
