About James Hambro & Partners LLP

Having started trading in 2010, James Hambro & Partners offers a range of financial advisory services to individuals, trusts, charities and corporations in the UK.

The company, which first started off as a family business, still prides itself on its three founding principles of trust, integrity and service.

James Hambro & Partners employs 80 people who work at their Central London headquarters. It has an active social committee which regularly organises events such as their monthly pop-up bar and their annual skiing trip. They also have an annual award (The Marshall Award) which is given to the member of staff who has gone above and beyond in their charitable work throughout the year.

Chairman James Hambro and CEO Andrew Steel both take a hands-on approach when it comes to employee engagement. They operate an open door policy and regularly join their staff for lunch to encourage fair, equal and inclusive behaviour across the business.

The CEO hosts regular drop-in lunches which anyone can attend and ask questions about the company. Honest reports of the company’s accounts and budgets are also unveiled to the staff on a twice yearly basis.

They also hold an annual rounders tournament in Hyde Park and regularly enter a team for the yearly JP Morgan 5K run.
