Jellyfish know that the environment in which people work is a crucial part of working life. When they developed their workspaces, Jellyfish wanted to provide an environment that helped nurture staff and gave them the tools they needed to succeed.
Each office has a breakout area for staff to lunch together, shoot some pool, play table tennis, and even have a drink after work.
Jellyfish have a peer-to-peer recognition platform in place aimed to reward employees who go that extra mile whilst exhibiting the organisation's core values: Be Positive; Be Passionate; Be Accountable; Be The Solution.
Each month, all employee's are issued 200 points which they can issue to their colleagues through the platform - they are asked to select the number of points they wish to give, provide a brief explanation as to why and then hashtag the Jellyfish core value that applies. Points can be cashed in for an array of rewards including department store vouchers and lunch vouchers.
