About The John Bowler Group

What is it like to work for The John Bowler Group

Leadership
Leadership
The senior management team at The John Bowler Group have undertaken a management training programme over the past few months. They recognised that the company has grown over the past few years and the senior management team used to be the people doing the day to day work, but are now the leaders of the organisation. They needed to develop their skills to motivate, lead, mentor and train the next level of managers who were already in place and more than willing and capable to take on additional responsibility. The senior management team wanted to develop an open, participative style of management – the company already has a no blame culture and has no problem with people making mistakes, so they are very keen to give the next generation the support they need to develop. The training has been a huge success. The senior management team found that they had skills within the team that complimented each other and that they were already leading and developing the next generation very well – the training has enhanced skills and given the senior management team additional methods to consider so that they can fine tune their approach to suit each individual.
