About Judge & Priestley LLP

Judge and Priestley are a modern, progressive law firm providing constructive and effective legal advice. They act for individuals, businesses and local authorities, advising on a wide range of legal matters.

Back in 1889, Eugene Judge joined with Horace Priestley to form the practice in London. The partnership continued until Horace died in 1923. Eugene's nephew Justin Judge joined the firm and took over after Eugene passed away.

Today, the Bromley-based solicitors look after individuals and businesses in South-East London and Kent under the eye of Managing Partner Steven Taylor. The firm has 12 partners and 94 fee-earners.

The firm looks different to the one Eugene and Horace founded but values remain: personal service, strong relationships, expertise and professionalism.

In practice, this means recruiting and retaining the best people, being open and honest with advice, doing what they say when they say it, and being accessible and approachable.
