An innovative example recently was the roll out of 'Just engage', a programme for people managers. This 3 day programme, spread over 2 months, supports their goal to ensure that their people feel well led and well managed, with opportunities for growth and development.
The programme includes face-to-face group training sessions, supported by thought-provoking content including videos, case studies and practical sessions. It also includes group and individual coaching sessions.
