About Just IT Training

Just IT provide IT, digital apprenticeships and training courses to organisations in and around London. Their customers range from small managed service providers to central government departments, from tech giants to digital marketing boutiques.

Every employee that makes up Just IT work towards the organisation's primary purpose: making business amazing through their unique hiring, training, development and retention solutions.

The organisation have three core principles in total: people- always investing in customers and colleagues, building trust and teamwork to deliver success; performance - sustainably improving engagement and delivery; productivity - using skill and creativity to maximise time, effort and resources.

These principles are ingrained at Just IT, using each principle as a theme within management and quarterly meetings. At each full-sales meeting, the organisation runs through the primary purpose and principles and reflect on how everyone supports them.


What is it like to work for Just IT Training

My Manager
Just IT puts suitable managers through team leading and operations manager apprenticeships (Level 3 and 5). This is to develop their management knowledge, skills and behaviours. Graduates of these programmes receive a recognised qualification from ILM as well as an apprenticeship qualification.
My Team
My Team
Bimonthly meetings bring together colleagues across the organisation to examine and discuss the company's products. They then look at how to deliver them more effectively from a broad range of perspectives.
Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back
At Just IT, any employee can join 'The Network' - this is a company group dedicated to initiatives around charity, community, events and well being. The network pledges to raise money for the organisation's chosen charity.
