About Just IT Training Ltd

Since 2001, IT training programmes at Just IT have launched the careers of nearly 6,000 IT professionals - many of whom have now moved up to senior positions.

The business’ programmes blend key IT certifications from major providers with training in soft and technical skills. A job-guarantee offer ensures all qualifying candidates find a new job in IT.

Current CEO Simon Perriton started Just IT Training in a small office in a Stratford basement in London in 2001.

These days, Just IT Training is a thriving business with dozens of staff offering bespoke training courses for all sizes of business. With access to the best rates from all major providers, they help companies maximise the value of their commercial training budget.

The firm likes to give back and a team of charity superheroes works hard to make sure everything from skydives to half marathons benefits charities such as Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund, the Alzheimer’s Society and Mind.

What is it like to work for Just IT Training Ltd

My Manager
My Manager
Those who want a mentor have been connected to members of the senior management team in different parts of the business. This provides a mentor who understands the context of their job, but is not connected to their day-to-day working. External mentors can also be arranged.
Personal Growth
Personal Growth
Every employee has a personal development plan that supports their career development and plans a pathway towards promotion. An initiative called Have a Career Conversation allows any member of staff to request a career meeting with a senior manager at any time.
Wellbeing
Wellbeing
Employee wellbeing ranges from free fruit and drink to fun work and social events. The open 'vibe' of the office is often commented on by visitors. Every quarter, a wellbeing day features activities such as a walking treasure hunt, exercise-bike challenge and smoothie-tasting competition.
