Kadence provides ongoing personal and technical training for all staff, managed through monthly line management one to ones, quarterly reviews and annual performance appraisals. Training covers both soft and hard skills from technical methodological design theory, to marketing 101, to project management and managing others. This is supplemented with access to a personal performance coach for all staff throughout the year. In addition Kadence offers many international development opportunities and there is a active and vibrant secondment program where staff from their offices in the US, UK, India, China, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia have the opportunity to experience work and life in other countries and get to undertake knowledge transfer from office to office. These secondments last from three months to one year and are a key part of the company’s development strategy.
