Kantar Health are a leading healthcare consulting firm. They’re an advisor to leading pharmaceutical and medical-device and diagnostic companies.

Clients are able to bring products to market and keep their brands front-of-mind, thanks to Kantar’s brand and marketing expertise.

Formed in 2009 from Consumer Health Sciences, Mattson Jack, TNS Healthcare and Ziment and with a UK base in Epsom, Surrey, the 600-strong Kantar recently appointed Michel Munro as European Chief Executive Officer.

Kantar has a strong understanding of the influence of patients, payers and physicians, especially in relation to the performance and payment of medicines and delivery of healthcare.

The firm’s advisory services are built on a solid foundation of market research and data.
They span commercial development, clinical strategies and marketing effectiveness.

The Kantar Health People Leadership team monitors the performance of managers with 360-degree feedback, ensuring standards are being met. They also review and compare objectives being set by different managers for their line reports to ensure they’re consistent across key positions.
Last year, Kantar Health took part in the Virgin Pulse Challenge for UNICEF, a 100-day virtual-activity team challenge using a Pulse device. The more active the team, the further they progress around the world and the more locations they unlock.

Every year, there’s a day out of the office. The morning focuses on business strategy, where they are now and how they want to adapt to the changing environment. The afternoon session is based around teambuilding and fun, with mentally and physically challenging tasks.
