Karmarama are the UK’s most-progressive creative agency and now part of Accenture Interactive. The agency combines creative excellence with technology-inspired solutions, so they can help clients with their business challenges now, and plan for their next business opportunities.
London-based Karmarama was launched by partners Naresh Ramchandani and Dave Buonaguidi in 2000. Before this, they’d worked together at HHCL and were creative directors of the London office of Chiat/Day before launching the first agency, St Luke’s.
Dave left to be Creative Director of Channel 4 before teaming up with Naresh again to launch Karmarama. The current Chief Executive Officer is Ben Bilboul, who heads up 260 employees under the Karma Comms Group banner.
The agency fosters community spirit with regular mass company events. Each year, there’s a three-day skiing trip that’s heavily subsidised by the company. They also hold monthly ‘skint nights’ on the last Thursday of every month in the in-house bar, ‘Barmarama’.
