About Kloud

What is it like to work for Kloud

Personal Growth
Personal Growth
When a new employee starts at Kloud they are assigned a ‘buddy’ to help them with any practical questions as well as through the initial Workday training. This informal mentoring scheme enables new employees to feel supported and to quickly become familiar with the organisation.
All consultants are supported by a Practice Manager who is constant contact with them to ensure that they have everything they need on a practical and personal level to perform their role. This is especially necessary in a remote working environment. As careers with Kloud often incorporate remote working this is often a huge benefit to the wellbeing of employees. Being able to significantly reduce or eliminate commuting time enables our consultants to have more leisure time.
My Team
My Team
They have a company meeting every four months which brings all employees together for a formal update. Additionally, they have monthly Practice leads get together and management team meetings. Despite the obvious costs associated with these events, they feel they are highly worthwhile; promoting cohesion within the organisation. They also have a social event after each company meeting and hold outings for project teams and informal quiz evenings which are sponsored by the company.
