KP is home to some of the most iconic British snack brands and also produce all kinds of delicious snacks for the UK's retailers.
KP Snacks employs over 2,000 people across seven manufacturing sites with their head office in Slough, Berkshire. KP has developed a set of values and behaviours which form the culture of KP Snacks that are important to every colleague.
Employee development is very important to KP snacks and they endeavour to try and make learning available for everybody. They have an aim to make learning fun and continue for life. Their manager training is in curriculum format so that people can work through modules at their own pace and it can track completion.
KP understand that their success can largely be attributed to the hard work and dedication of their talented pool of employees.
