About La Fosse Associates

La Fosse Associates are a full-service, values-based technology, digital and change recruiter. They operate at all levels on a permanent, contract, interim and executive-search basis.

Recruitment areas include executive leadership, interim management, digital and development, and strategy and architecture.

In 2007, Founder and Chairman Simon La Fosse left a £250m company he’d helped build and start his own firm. He saw a need for a different kind of technology recruiter.

Simon wanted to start a co-owned firm with real values centred around treating everyone with care and respect.

The firm has gone from strength to strength, winning many awards, growing to 150 employees and moving from Simon’s own home in Sussex to new offices in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester and Santa Monica.

Giving something back means a lot. The company commits to donating at least 1% of profits to a number of programmes and they support a wide range of organisations and causes.
