About Learning Pool

Learning Pool is a full-service provider, offering pioneering technology and creative content that delivers exceptional organisational performance to 2 million learners in 21 countries. The company has six offices in both the UK and the US. Its portfolio covers all major segments of the learning technologies market.

Learning Pool put their customers at the centre of all of their developments, listen hard to them and actively seek their input to plans and ideas. Meeting regularly with clients, Learning Pool host eight 'roadshow' events throughout the year, as well as their flagship annual conference, 'Learning Pool Live'. Here, the organisation brings 350 customers together to network, showcase best practice and learn about the latest developments in learning tech.

The success that Learning Pool has seen over the years can be attributed to their culture, which in turn is shaped by their core principles: we've got your back; let's build to grow; do the right thing.

Learning Pool live and breathe their core principles and hold a version of 'employee of the month' recognising the person who epitomises their principles, voted for by the team. The winner gets a £100 voucher, for a store of their choice. In December, they run a version of this for their annual 'Living the values award', where a number of people, voted by the team, get a £500 voucher or bottle of champagne for winning the award.
