About Leathwaite

Leathwaite International offer global business intelligence, executive interim solutions, executive search services and management consulting.

Leathwaite International were founded in 1999 by four partners – Andrew Wallace, James Rust, Martin Phillips and Neil Ejje – to deliver permanent infrastructure placements to major companies around the world.

Since those beginnings, the firm has diversified and now offers a range of business intelligence and management solutions. There are now more than 70 employees consisting of partners, directors, consultants, researchers and office managers.

The company has offices in London, New York, Hong Kong and Zürich and delivers its work across Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Oceania.

Leathwaite International look for respect, integrity, drive and passion in new recruits and there’s an abnormally low staff turnover.
