About Leathwaite

Leathwaite provide executive search, executive interim, managed project delivery and market insight. They focus on the support, enablement and control functions within their clients, who are mostly in the financial services sector.

Leathwaite operate around five core principles: success is the by-product of great work, talk to everyone, maintain humility, find a way to say yes, celebrate success.

The organisation ensure that these core principles are visible to employees and clients alike throughout their working day; both on the walls of their open plan office and in their reception area.
Leathwaite communicate these at all company meetings and then use them to assess and communicate new initiatives. This seeks to align all activities to their principles and the pillars which support their vision, 'To be the global number 1 executive search and human capital boutique'.

Every year, if the company hits its revenue target, they take all employees (including those in global offices) away for a long weekend offsite. The offsite allows employees to meet their international counterparts to work together on team initiatives and allow some hard-earned downtime to celebrate the company's successes for the year.
