About Leonard Design

Leonard Design undertakes an array of design services to deliver a wide variety of projects across a range of scales. Remarkable design is at their heart and they will always strive to bring the best solutions to clients multifaceted needs.

Their experience is diverse and complex across a vast array of typologies. Interior design, from the delicate, sumptuous and exclusive to some of the largest and most complex internal spaces in the world. Their experience is as broad as it is varied.

Although Leonard Design are a growing practice, they still see themselves as a small family practice where everyone know's everyone and they all look out for each other.

To ensure the sense of family is felt by all, Leonard Design make sure that new employees receive regular contact before their start date so they can feel part of the company right from the start, while encouraging them to pop into the office on an informal basis to meet the team.

Career review's occur every six months to allow employees the chance to provide any feedback and give suggestions about the way forward.

Each employee has to complete a record of achievement around November time where they list out all of their achievements over the year, with a summary of how they feel they have performed. This is then fed into career reviews and discussions with the senior management team as to what their salary review and bonus will be.
