LifeSkills provide classroom based vocational courses to young adults aged 16-19 to help them achieve their goals and provide advice for their employment.
LifeSkills started from a small office nearly 20 years ago with the belief that an engaged workforce delivers outstanding results. The company work as a team and believe the learner always comes first.
There is a real sense of fun at LifeSkills and all employees are passionate about their jobs, take pride in what they do are made to feel they make a difference and are given opportunities to continue to improve themselves.
LifeSkills have a bonus scheme in place on an annual basis to reward employees for their efforts in making the organisation what it is. In order to achieve bonuses, team members are set targets they have to meet. Everyone receives 1-2-1 support from managers on regular basis to help them achieve their targets and perform better.
On top of this, LifeSkills also have employee of the month, employee of the year and most outstanding contribution of the year awards, all of which help recognise when employees go above and beyond.
