Liquidlogic are the fastest growing supplier of software for local authority social care services in England, built on a modern platform which is flexible, intuitive and secure. The brand’s primary purpose is to provide software to social services’ teams and education staff, with core values of honesty, integrity and respect, as well as innovation, dedication and enthusiasm. In pursuit of excellence with everything they do, they have a track record for supporting multi-agency working, particularly with partners in health and also with care providers and the third sector. Staff wellbeing is of major importance for Liquidlogic, demonstrated through the launch of its Runch Bunch scheme. The club was initially introduced for a number of staff who expressed an interest in running. The introduction of a shower has made this appealing to more people and the increase in numbers means that running alone is a rarity.

Managers are provided with coaching, mentoring and job shadowing as part of their management induction with ongoing support from Human Resources. As with other roles, managers have support from a ‘buddy’ colleague, and there is also more structured management training given on an ongoing basis.

Each week all staff are invited to ‘Social Sarnies’, where employees can get to know their colleagues over an informal breakfast. This scheme has proven to be a successful ice-breaker for new members of staff, which has enabled them to get to know colleagues from different departments in a less formal setting.
