The learning and development team are skilled to conduct psychometric profiling for use in 1:1 development plans and career conversations. Employees are able to discuss their future career in terms of their role, their capability, their expectations, their motivations and their concerns. Each employee is encouraged to utilise this service where possible.
As part of their health and well being focus Lloyd’s had themed food in their on-site restaurants and seminars on nutrition and health eating.
