Lockton participate in a number of different activities during the year, raising £174,000 for charity in the past 12 months. Activities included dress down days, charity breakfast and afternoon cakes, skydiving, cycling and running events, Christmas fair, raffles and quiz nights.

The Associate Dream programme allows staff to ask for something themselves that they would otherwise be unable to do, and has included funding for a skydiving course, time off for volunteering at a hospice and a family holiday for an employee whose son has autism.
