About London & Partners

London & Partners are the Mayor of London’s official promotional agency. The organisation works to promote the capital city to attract business, events, congresses and students from around the world.

Through their values, which include high performance, responsibility, personal growth and development, London & Partners look to promote London across the globe as the best city in the world in which to invest, work, study and visit.

The organisation also channels a great deal of its efforts into being a great place to work, where communicating well with colleagues is considered one of the most important factors contributing to its success.

Flexible working is also encouraged, and their Living Well, Working Well ethos actively promotes home and remote working.

Chief Executive Laura Citron is able to engage on an emotional level with employees on a day-to-day basis by involving all employees in her body of work. The role of leading comes very naturally to Laura, and she is very visible across the business in the open-plan office.

With a key focus on communication, London & Partners use 13 different channels to promote collaboration between colleagues. Team Zones within the open floor plan also promote intra-team cohesion with a hot-desking space and communal tables.
Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back
Employees are encouraged to use volunteer days to give back to the community and environment, with a total target of 100 days pledged by the organisation. Fundraising efforts have so far included assisting a local charity and working in a kitchen providing meals for 40 community members.

London & Partners recently launched their Flourish programme - a series of eight workshops aimed at improving the overall wellbeing of staff. Incorporated into their existing Living Life scheme, the initiative includes workshops on key areas including mindfulness, sleep and stress.
