About Loop Customer Management

Loop Customer Management is a customer service provider to it's sister company, Yorkshire Water. The organisation launched in 2000 with the purpose to deliver great customer services to all Yorkshire Water customers.

Today, the organisation take pride in their award-winning specialised service to their most vulnerable customers - listening to their concerns and providing advice on the best solutions for them.

Loop Customer Management is referred to as a being a 'family' and visitors often comment on how friendly and welcoming they truly are.

Like all family's, Loop Customer Management make sure to look after one another. The organisation place the upmost importance on employee wellbeing and have a dedicated team to support employees for both their physical and mental health inside and outside the workplace.
