About Loop Customer Management Ltd

Loop Customer Management are probably the best company you’ve never heard of. They were created in 2000 from within the Kelda Group to provide managed customer services to sister company Yorkshire Water. Despite being a relatively unknown name, Loop Customer Management deliver a world class service to Yorkshire Water.

The Bradford-based firm has a passion for providing stunning customer service while genuinely caring for their employees. The end result is that happy employees deliver a first class service to Yorkshire Water.

Heart of Loop is the company’s own charity group created by employees. They support at least 12 charities annually including: Autism Support, MIND, Firefighters, Comic Relief, Children in Need, Macmillan Cancer Research and Unicef. In the last year, they’ve raised £26,000.
