About Loop Customer Management Ltd

Loop Customer Management are probably the best company you’ve never heard of. They were created in 2000 from within the Kelda Group to provide managed customer services to sister company Yorkshire Water. Despite being a relatively unknown name, Loop Customer Management deliver a world class service to Yorkshire Water.

The Bradford-based firm has a passion for providing stunning customer service while genuinely caring for their employees. The end result is that happy employees deliver a first class service to Yorkshire Water.

Benefits to their 700 employees include a massage at their desk every quarter, free fruit weekly, discounted travel passes and gym membership. The Managing Director is Jonathan Harding.

Managers have access to a system called Wise Up, which contains over 2,000 resources designed to help managers develop their essential skills. There are also several e-learning modules available to support the content covered in the course.
In 2018, Occupational Health launched a 12-week weight management programme in partnership with Slimming World and Yorkshire Water in support of the public health strategy to help tackle obesity. 100 volunteers were requested, and collectively lost over 75 stone.

Loop support a minimum of 12 charities each year, which includes a combination of national and local charities that are close to the hearts of individual employees. They have also supported the family members of employees in their fundraising activities, and taken part in many fundraising activities.
