About LSI Architects

LSI Architects are an award-winning architectural practice with around 60 employees, including architects, technologists and support staff, based in London and Norwich.

The practice looks to create sustainable, innovative, valuable and positive architecture that improves lives, builds communities and enhances society.

The practice has vast experience of tackling projects for all types of clients, from major contractors to commercial and public sector clients throughout the UK. There’s an emphasis on projects in London, Norfolk, Cambridge and the Eastern region.

Clients say that they value the company’s professional, collaborative, friendly and creative approach to projects. This could be down to employees being happy, highly-trained and motivated to deliver quality design and committed service.

The majority of the £3.5m turnover comes from repeat business and framework commissions, a testament to the quality of service provided.

All Partners and studio heads undergo 360 degree feedback through a survey. This forms a large part of each senior team member’s personal development review in which goals and training needs are mutually agreed.

The company has a full continuing professional development (CPD) calendar, with each member of staff entitled to two days and £250 towards their CPD. There’s also an annual study to look at wonderful architecture in other places, both for learning and for inspiration.
