LSI Architects seek to create sustainable, innovative, valuable and positive architecture that improves lives, builds communities and enhances society, or as they put it, 'life touching design.'
The organisation provide architectural and interior design projects for clients of all types, including major contractors, commercial, public sector and private clients throughout the UK, with a particular focus on projects in the education, healthcare, residential and workplace sectors in London, Norfolk, Cambridge and the Eastern Region.
Their clients tell them that they value the professional, collaborative, friendly and creative approach to projects and that their team is great to work with. Their people are happy, highly trained and motivated to deliver the quality design and committed service that they believe clients should expect. The fact the majority of their turnover derives from repeat business is a testament to the quality of their service.
LSI look after their staff because they are their greatest investment. They see it as their responsibility to provide employees with the training and development they need to improve and inspire leadership throughout the Practice.
They are seeing the fruits of their 'grow our own' strategy, with more than 50% of the leadership team having come through the ranks. With a leadership structure now extending throughout the business, and a vision consistently communicated, LSI believe that they have set a clear direction for the Practice to move into.
