This year Marshall's have celebrated and raised awareness of a number of different wellbeing campaigns. February: Heart Disease Awareness month May: National Walking Month June: Men’s Health Week July/August: Sun Awareness September: Know your numbers, Blood pressure October: Leukaemia We have offered different initiatives to accompany these campaign such as mini health mots. This year Marshalls also offered all of its employees the opportunity to have a flu jab, this is something that had never previously been offered at Marshalls.

My Company
Marshalls are in phase one of communicating and embedding the company's shared values and behaviours. As part of the management conference earlier this year, Marshall's Chief Executive communicated the company's shared values and this was subsequently communicated across the organisation via a number of road shows. Every employee was given the opportunity to attend one of the sessions delivered by a member of the Executive team and it was also put on-line/dvd for team members who had not been able to join. This has been followed up with posters and a revised wallpaper format on all computers. Marshalls are now moving into phase two, bringing together a range of business representatives to begin the dialogue locally in terms of what the values and behaviours mean in each business area. Feedback from this will inform a full roll out programme and the redesign of HR activities. Marshalls are also in the process of creating the company's values video which will feature a number of employees from across the business.
