On a monthly basis all team members are invited to take part in the Happiness Index. This asks the team to anonymously score and provide feedback against four key questions. The feedback provided through this is discussed with all managers and any required actions are taken.

All members of staff were taken to Edinburgh for the company conference, which ran over two days. During this event, the team took part in a tour of the city and an evening meal at a historic location with a murder mystery.
