MC&C are an independent media agency. The company defines, measures and creates continuous growth for its clients through consumer connections.

Founded in 2001 by Mike Colling, the agency bills £65m yearly and counts Royal Mail, Which?, David Lloyd and Virgin Wines as its clients.

Growth throughout the last three years has been rapid and the company has quickly become an agency of 75 growth specialists, with expertise ranging from creative to user experience to customer-relationship management.

The business is based in London under Managing Director Robin Trust.

The key to MC&C’s success is working with customers to make sure they deploy the correct channel strategy to deliver on growth – whether they’re brands making their first investments in media or those ready to invest in large-scale brand activity.

The key is learning everything they can about their clients’ businesses and becoming partners so that, when opportunities arise, they’re ready to grab them together.

MC&C develop their support staff within their specialist fields. Finance staff get full study support towards professional qualifications. This has meant increased financial knowledge across the team, which means senior team members are less involved in day-to-day tasks.
There’s a team-building session on the last Thursday of every month, such as bowling, Octoberfest celebrations, food and drinks at various locations, and comedy nights. Everyone can work from home and holidays can be bought and sold.
