The group was founded by Colm McGinley. He had been a client of recruitment firms and he believed that it could be done better, that it could be great, so he decided to start up a company. He sourced some brilliant recruiters and set out to challenge the norms in the recruitment world.

These core principles are incorporated right from initial recruitment through to every day working life for their employees. Upon initial interview, candidates will be questioned on these principles and asked to demonstrate with examples how they possess them. Principles are then linked to every employee touchpoint as they are on display in all offices through posters to wall art.
