What is it like to work for MediaCom

My Manager
My Manager
Staff are supported with coaching and mentoring both before and after they’ve attended management development programmes. Feedback is positive, with most staff agreeing to be part of an internal ‘coaching bank’.
Personal Growth
Personal Growth
The agency creates an environment where people can thrive. Through career mobility, they create opportunities for people to move across clients, departments and markets. This is enabled through an internal careers fair, job swaps, and ‘enforced’ client moves after two years.
My Team
My Team
The company wanted to reinvigorate its ‘people first’ mantra, so it created A Place to Grow, with four key strands: grow your career; grow you; grow together; and grow the industry. At a top hotel, ten people presented and six people’s growth stories were seen on video.
