About Melin Homes

Melin Homes is a not-for-profit social landlord providing social housing and support to those in greatest need.

They aim to provide a wide range of housing solutions and high-quality services to people in housing need, managing over 4,000 homes across South East Wales, helping people and communities to thrive.

Staff are truly at the heart of the organisation and to demonstrate that, there is genuine care for the people that work for them, Melin Homes have adopted a huge health and wellbeing culture.

Their award-winning initiative, 'Zest', has been embedded into everything they do, there are constant activities being provided around nutrition, exercise and mental health.

One of the biggest events that they provide specifically enhancing the wellbeing of staff is the 'ZestFest' event. A recent 'ZestFest' involved the hiring out of the whole of the local leisure centre, providing activities such as badminton, squash, spin, yoga, mindfulness, health checks, reflexology, massages and of course a healthy breakfast.
