Mind Candy are implementing extensive management training, training and development on a case by case basis and intra company movement. There are regular brown-bag training lunches whereby employees will share their expertise on any area to the rest of the company. There is also objectives and key results planning training.

Mind Candy went to MoshiCon in Centre Parcs last year and this year it is in Disneyland Paris, as well as a Christmas party and Sportsday for the company and their families.
