Andrew farms in his spare time and organises social events for his local farming community.

All employees can contact WorkLife Solutions 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for free, confidential advice on financial, relationship, family care, work and medical matters. Posters are displayed on all notice boards and information is also available on the Company Intranet.

My Team
Managers reward the success of their teams throughout the year. For example by organising meals or arranging for buffets at the site to enable the employees to attend who perhaps would not normally wish to attend an evening meal. Mole Valley has also had a spa day and horse riding to recognise their teams’ success. They are also introducing a team award which will consist of nominations which recognise outstanding teams within the company. On a quarterly basis a winning team will be announced and they will be rewarded and recognised on the Company Intranet and Head Office Bulletin.
