Monarch Recruitment were established in 1992 as a company focused solely on IT recruitment. Fast forward 26 years and the brand has expanded to become an IT and engineering recruitment consultancy where owner Mark Hunt still has an active role in the business.

Quarterly sales days are held, which take form as a mixture of normal work-day activities combined with team-based tasks, including singing competitions, fancy dress and penalty shoot outs. They focus on creating a culture where people can enjoy themselves.
