The MOO Print Ltd senior management team implemented a new weekly meeting structure that has increased engagement with, and understanding of, what is going on across the business. Each Friday afternoon, the entire company meets for their 'All Hands' meeting and they have two 15 minute interactive presentations. The meeting is designed to be fun, engaging and informative and has ensured that employees across all of their teams understand and feel connected to business plans and achievements.

MOO Print Ltd employees are allowed to work from home if agreed in advance with their manager and they are also trying out flexible working to enable employees to create a schedule that works with their preferences and enhances their work/life balance. MOO pays for private medical insurance for employee's, provides free fresh fruit and breakfast on a daily basis and discounted exercise classes to counteract all the free cake that they provide employees as well!

Moo Print Ltd's last survey highlighted the desire and need for more training. As a result of this, they introduced a training budget of £100k and, using their employee development planners, identified training requirements based on individual needs. Employees and managers are empowered to decide what training providers, courses and conferences would be most beneficial to their development. These recommendations are put forward to, and approved, by the People Director. The process is quick and straightforward and they have seen in an uplift in engagement and enhanced skill sets as a result. Employees often share their training and conference experiences with the wider team via blog posts on their intranet.
