About Morson Group

Morson Group are a unique blend of recruitment expertise and design consultancy. Since they were established in 1969, the brand have helped candidates find their next role, and helped companies to find the right people for their business.

Morson Group also provide leading engineering and design solutions to client programmes using the latest technology, systems and lean management techniques. In 2017, they complemented their service offering with the introduction of niche IT recruitment and cyber security capability.

With core values of safety, knowledge, integrity, delivery, innovation and charitable, Morson looks to promote a great place to work for all employees, where every member of staff is encouraged to live and breathe their values.

These values are communicated during employee induction programmes, and each of the 26 offices have a core values commitment board that staff are asked to sign to show they pledge to uphold the Morson core values.
