Within their first month all new starters receive a brand briefing which outlines the Morton Fraser brand values. The CEO holds quarterly financial update presentations to every member of staff .Together with the Finance Director they outline the Firm's progress against targets and budget. All employees are requested to attend the AGM where the CEO outlines the Firm's progress over the year. They also send out a fortnightly newsletter where their focuses on reinforcing their brand values. All employees and partners are assessed with reference to working to promote brand values.

The firm has a manager's toolkit on the intranet with guidelines for new managers. Managers will also have a monthly meeting with their manager to share knowledge and discuss issues and development needs. The HR team support managers with "people" issues.
