MSL have established monthly, quarterly and annual awards to reward excellent customer service and to recognise employees for their continued dedication and efforts.
Monthly awards recognise and reward employees for achieving the respective departmental targets set for the Accounts, Helpdesk and Operations departments. Each department target is aligned to the overall company objectives and vision which have made them effective for both company and employees.
Quarterly awards are more customer service focused. Winners from each department receive a £50 high street voucher. The quarterly awards count towards an Employee of the Year award which is a 2 night break for two or £250 voucher.
Customer service points are awarded principally based upon customer feedback received through satisfaction surveys and review meetings. This underlines the company's ethos that all employees, irrespective of position or department, can contribute to and be rewarded for giving great customer service.
