About MVF

MVF help ambitious businesses grow by delivering high volumes of new customers. Leading technology and world-class cross-channel marketing teams help connect active customers with businesses looking to scale.

The company was launched in 2009 by five friends who combined tech expertise with their understanding of digital marketing. The result was a smarter, data-led approach to customer generation.

Growth has been rapid. The London firm now employs 350 staff, turns over almost £50m and is famous for employing 100 staff in 100 days under Chief Executive Officer Michael Teixeira. They have also opened an office in Texas.

MVF’s founders were committed to building a company accountable to its employees, providing great careers and an inspiring workplace, but also one that gave back to its local community.

After managers complete the Management Development Academy (MDA), they receive ongoing support from their cohort, senior leaders and facilitators. The MDA lasts six months, with groups meeting in and out of work to share ideas and get advice.

The firm has appointed a dedicated health and wellbeing officer. They held Mad March, a month designed to educate staff about sugar and additives and replaced Coco Pops with fresh tomatoes, free range eggs, avocados and vegan porridge.

Hitting targets means an all expenses paid weekend in Ibiza. There are also company-wide town-hall meetings complete with artisan lunches where Texan colleagues dial in from the US. Summer and Christmas parties are also free.
