MVF is an exciting fast-growth business brimming with smart people, ambition and opportunities. MVF started off as 5 friends in a basement flat with a goal of finding a way to connect high-quality sales-ready leads with ambitious businesses. Fast forward 10 years and MVF now employees over 500 people, operating in over 50 countries across the globe.

Their platform delivers 4 million sales ready leads to clients all over the world every year. They are world leaders in marketing at a global scale and use proprietary tech, data and smart marketing to grow some of the world's most notable blue chips.

In order to achieve their ambitious mission of transforming how businesses find new customers, MVF are committed to growing their people, their way.

New starters take part in their award-winning 'Start Smart' onboarding programme which gives these people an holistic overview into what they do, the teams at MVF and the impact they can have.

MVF also have a 'Mate to Manager' programme for those who are about to enter the world of management, and an ILM accredited management development academy for those who want to further their management career. On top of this, the in-house MVF curriculum provides a multitude of learning opportunities and training courses.

MVF believe in promoting and fostering a healthy and inclusive workforce. Every morning there are deliveries of fresh fruit and sourdough bread, as well as 9 different types of milk. They take fitness seriously and provide a variety of sports clubs over lunch including yoga, boxing, personal fitness, frisbee, badminton, football, pilates, and spinning.

The Management Development Academy is run in cohorts which are chosen so that participants have similar levels of seniority and share challenges but come from different teams across the business. This is done so that the participants develop a network across the business that operates after the course is completed.
