n-compass northwest Ltd are a not-for-profit organisation that help adults and young people disadvantaged by disability, physical or mental illness, age or social exclusion to regain control of their lives through the provision of carers, advocacy, wellbeing, counselling and volunteering services.
They operate across the North West of England and are lead by Chief Executive Teresa Jennings who has been involved in the management and leadership of services for adults and young people for over 25 years - the last 17 of those within the charitable sector.
n-compass aims is to enhance the health and wellbeing of people across the north west through providing localised, innovative and responsive services.
To encourage employee engagement in 2018, they have a Values, Reward, Recognition scheme whereby five staff chose five other colleagues to each be awarded each month. Each nominee is sent a card from the Chief Executive with a personal, appreciative message and a £20 gift voucher.
