Employees engage in chartibable work at individual and team levels. They celebrate, support and publicise these internally, but do not quantify them. The Company Handbook states: "The Company is committed to making a positive impact on the community and will endeavour to support you and your chosen charity or for you to undertake a brief period of voluntary work.". Time for charitable work is agreed at line manager level. The Napp Educational foundation receives funding from Napp to support its work in continuing medical education for nurses and other healthcare professionals. Although Napp does not have any other formally nomiated charities, they do support a variety of charitable organisations, including the Teenage Cancer Trust.
