A Leadership programme was delivered to the Executives and senior managers earlier in the year and is currently being rolled out to all people working at all levels of leadership across Natural England. It is a series of four facilitated workshops and encourages leaders to develop relationships with both their peers and stakeholders. Also this invite to attend the Leadership Programme is open to the stakeholders to attend if they desire. Throughout the year a series of events bring their people leaders together to keep them in touch with the leadership challenges they face as an organisation. Locally team leaders are brought together regularly to strengthen the local leadership and delivery of people.
