About NAVIGO Health and Social Care CIC

NAViGO are a not-for-profit social enterprise that emerged from the NHS to run all local mental health and associated services in North East Lincolnshire.

The organisation offers a wide range of services including acute facilities and more specialist services such as systemic family therapy. Its approach is to offer services in conjunction with the people who use them, meaning they are often bespoke.

Operating from ten sites across the region, NAViGO are passionate about the work they do, aiming to support and improve mental health and wellbeing of the local population through their values.

A key value of NAViGO is to be an employer of choice, and looks to create a work environment where members of staff are supported.

Chief Executive Officer Jane Lewington believes in being as visible as possible, and regularly takes part in service visits and floor walk rounds with all staff and service users.
