About NCFE

NCFE are a national awarding organisation that is passionate about designing, developing and certificating diverse, nationally-recognised qualifications and awards. These qualifications contribute to the success of millions of learners at all levels.

Established in 1848, the organisation looks to be the most admired company for developing the global learning culture through excellence in innovation, people, service and performance.

NCFE managers are offered support through a variety of methods, including action learning sets and peer support groups, internal and external coaching, mentoring, job shadowing, needs-based workshops, a dedicated e-learning platform and self-guided workbooks.

Employees are given access to the Love Learning Library, an extensive collection of over 200 books, magazines, videos and DVDs designed to support colleagues’ development. Staff can also take advantage of two hours development time each month.

A three-tier rewards system celebrates NCFE employees at a company, team and individual level. This allows the organisation to recognise successes at all levels in the organisation. The company reward is set at the beginning of the year at a single payment of up to £1,000 per person.
