About Network Homes

Network Homes are a housing association who own and manage 20,000 homes across London, Hertfordshire and the South East, with an annual turnover of over £220 million.

Their mission is to open up possibilities for as many people as they can by continuing to grow a forward-thinking, service-driven and financially strong organisation that builds, sells, rents and manages good homes in thriving communities.

An award-winning organisation with over 40 years’ experience, Network Homes have four key strategic objectives: to maximising growth within their resources; to deliver first-class customer service; to increase financial strength; and to build a great organisation.

The organisation, which began life in 1974 as Brent People’s Housing Association, is led by Chief Executive Helen Evans, who joined Network Homes in 2010 as Director of London Operations before becoming Chief Executive in 2011.
