They hold team meetings with staff involvement, listen to employees and hold one to one reviews for constant improvement. They also work long hours to ensure they are accessible. Network Telecom have a team member who organises a charity event at least once a year. She collects gifts for raffles, gathers items for charity, organises staff to attend at the weekend and liaises with many suppliers for gifts for the raffle. She is rewarded with a bottle of champagne and gift vouchers for her hard work. Network Telecom have also supplied weekend breaks for their successful sales staff. In addition to rewards for staff Network Telecom aim to look after their employees wellbeing. There is also a break out area in the telesales department where staff can play on a game console whilst taking time out from any stress.
